The Mentor Area Chamber of Commerce’s 44th Annual Awards Banquet took place on March 11 at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites LaMalfa.

Walking the fine line has been a rewarding activity for Ellie Vayo. On one hand, the owner of Ellie Vayo Photography Inc. has earned national acclaim as the author of The Art and Business of High School Senior Portrait Photography, and as President.

Each year there are businesses, organizations and individuals who go above and beyond what is required in the areas of accomplishments and civic involvement, truly improving the quality of life in our community.  Over the past year, Ellie Vayo Photography, NEIGHBORING and Roger and Judy Sustar have done just that, made noteworthy contributions to the Mentor area.

Success!!! Forbes House, a shelter house for battered women and children has recently been tragically flooded and needs serious help with funding to restore the building back to its original structure. Ellie Vayo Photography stepped in with our "Celebration Of The Woman Campaign" during this Valentines Day season with donating 100% of all Boudoir session fees to the Forbes House.
